Going to the Gym – Results after 1 Month

Hi Tweeps, Facebookers and my blog followers (if there is one). (LOL) I’m back (again). I apologize for not updating real time as I got hooked with a lot of things especially – me hitting the gym.
Day 1, 2, 3, and so forth were really different. There are good times and there are torture moments. To those who are still deciding to hit the gym – if you have doubts don’t do it – do it whenever you are ready as it’s not an easy road.
One month has passed and surely the results are showing slowly but surely. Drum roll please as I call these my achievements and small successes after 1 month of going of going to the gym.

  I lost weight – from 170 lbs to 160 lbs and within my desired weight for my height.

  • Improved energy level. I can now carry really heavy stuff – the muscles are developing slowly.
  • I’ve trained my stomach to eat what I can only consume. No more 2 or 3 cups.
  • I can now use my old clothes and pants. Really cost effective. No more really fitting moments.
  • I’ve sweat out the stress (in the process) thus controlling acne breakouts.
  • Slowly losing the fat around belly… (wink)
  • Improved self esteem.

Small successes are still considered a success. It’s not easy as what you think, start small and you will personally learn your ropes up towards your goal.
I’d also like to thank my colleagues at work for really pushing me hard to this. I know they are monitoring me. LOL
A piece of advice – Surround yourself with positive people, positive thoughts and do it now. How’s your day?
