10 Things I Like about the Castle Peak Hotel in Cebu

I will never forget my first dining experience in Cebu. Where? The Castle Peak Hotel. It is one of the fast favorite food destination for Cebuanos and tourists around Metro Cebu.  So when in Cebu City, never forget to drop by the nightly dinner buffet at The Castle Peak Hotel called “Fiesta sa Sugbo”. They offer a  wide array of Cebu’s flavor will really indulge you to dig in. Aside from that the live acoustic band will make you dining experience memorable.

Let me summarize my experience in the Castle Peak Hotel in Cebu by pointing the “10 Things I Like about the Castle Peak Hotel”.

1. Fresh Mango Shake
It’s summer time and I love their Mango shake. It’s a thirst quencher.

2. Kinilaw
They have lots of variety of Kinilaw.

3. Fried Rice Their pink fried rice or the shrimp paste fried rice is the best that I have tasted so far.

4. Adobong Baboy

5. Sinugbang Pusit

6. Sinugbang Kanding

7. Halo-Halo
I made my own halo-halo and I’m proud of it. It looks like a soup.

8. Castle Peak Hotel Cebu Lobby
The hotel has one of the most stylish lobby I have seen. The big aquarium and the lights really amazed me.
